Ice Rink Information & Safety Guidelines

All persons using the ice rink attraction do so at their own risk.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please take time to read the safety rules and follow all instructions given by our friendly ice marshals and staff.
Participation Restrictions
The following individuals are not permitted to skate:
Pregnant women
Persons who are light-sensitive
Persons with heart conditions
Persons with brittle bones
Persons with severe back or bone injuries

Safety Rules
Do Not:
Sit on or climb over the safety barrier
Chip or throw any ice
Skate at excessive speed
Smoke, drink, or eat on the ice
Drop litter on the ice
Carry babies or young children on the ice
Skate in chains of more than two
Wear scarves or long coats on the ice
Carry handbags or any type of bag on the ice
Cut across the middle of the rink
Play tag
Consume alcohol before skating
Wear peaked caps or hoods on the ice
Congregate at the barrier entrance
Use mobile phones or cameras while skating
Do:
Ensure your skates are correctly tightened
Wear gloves
Skate in an anti-clockwise direction only
Obey all instructions from ice rink management

Children Policy
A child is defined by age and must be under 14 years old.
All children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
If a child cannot provide proof of age, the ice rink management reserves the right to determine whether a child or adult ticket applies.
Management Reserves the Right To:
Refuse entry
Make a final decision on admission
Refuse entry to anyone under 4 years old
Require children aged 4-14 to be accompanied by an adult
Eject patrons from the rink without refund
Refunds are issued only at management's discretion.
All personal belongings are left at the owner's risk.
