Welcome to Santa's Grotto - where the big man himself takes a break from toy-making to entertain guests with his jolly presence! Our Santa Claus is always ready to spread holiday cheer, whether he's telling tales to children or listening to there wish lists. With a festive Christmas tree and piles of presents in the background, this magical setting is perfect for creating unforgettable memories. So come on down and experience the joy and laughter of Santa's Grotto - because even Santa needs a little break from the workshop sometimes!

Free general admission Tuesday and Wednesday 5-9pm only

Admission fee can be paid on arrival, or beat the queue and pre book weekends and school holidays link available from 1st November

All adults and children must have an admissions ticket under one year olds are free which is where Santa's grotto is located.

All children looking to have a Christmas experience with Santa and guests will need a ticket. Parents are allowed to enter with children, but we ask no photos are taken as it delays timeslots.

Important Notice Regarding Santa's Grotto Bookings

No Walk-Ins:

Please be advised that Santa's Grotto will not be accepting walk-in visitors on the following dates:

* 15 December 2025

* 17 December 2025

* 18 December 2025

Date Change & Refund Policy:

* Date or Time Changes: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes to the date or time once a booking has been confirmed. We kindly recommend double-checking your chosen date and time before finalising your booking.

* Refund Policy: We understand that plans may change. However, due to limited time slots and high demand, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any bookings.

Admission Information:

* A general admission ticket is required in addition to your Santa's Grotto ticket if you are accompanying a child but not participating in the Santa experience.

* Only children holding a Santa invitation are admitted as part of the general admission.

* Santa's Grotto tickets do not grant general admission to the venue for individuals not participating in the Santa experience.
